Find and install CP437 charset (no replies)

I know there is a folder on the MySQL server that has all the charsets under xml files. For instance, there is cp1250.xml and ascii.xml.

I would need to find a file for the CP437 charset, otherwise known as DOS, which I suppose would be named cp437.xml or dos.xml.

Does anybody know where these files can be downloaded from?
