Could not load MySQL Preference Pane (1 reply)

I just downloaded mysql-5.1.50-osx10.4-i686.dmg on my mac 10.4.11.

When I clicked System Preference>MySQL, a message 'could not load MySQL Preference Pane' pops up.

Please help me!
