Error initiating service on MYSQL 5.5.6 (Windows 2000 Server SP4). "dbghelp" (no replies)

Hi Fellas.

I have a problem after MySQL instalation, inside configuration phase.

I have a Windows 2000 Server SP4. I tried to install the mysql-5.5.6-rc-win32.msi

It's installed but when i try to configure it, after instalation, trying to initiate service, I get this error

"The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library dbghelp.dll"

I installed the lastest dbg thing from MS, and the problem continues.

Any ideas
