Windows lower_case_file_system and lower_case_table_names problems (no replies)

Hi Every one!

I want my tables in Upper Case. I am using Windows Vista Business edition.
i have added the following two variables in the my.ini as follows

lower_case_table_names=0
lower_case_file_system=OFF

But the tables are showing in still lowercase.
Im using mysql version 5.1.31.

Is anything else i need to update to get the tables in Upper Case?
