Problem in logging in. (no replies)

Hi

I have installed MySQL Server 5.1 in may machine.
OS is windows 7.
I am facing problem whenever I restart my machine. When I try to login in gives an error beep and closes the console.
When I reconfigure the instance it works fine.
Is anyone aware of this issue. If yes then please help.
