Cannot connect to server. Error 2003 (1 reply)

I'am trying to connect to the MYSQL server and Iam getting the following error message" [VisualProgrammingServer] ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)"

I have stuck with this problem for about two weeks now.

Please can anyone help out here.
