I have read all the threads that I could find, and followed the instuctions given in each in order to get mysql to load...no installer in exe, so I can't use that.
I have experienced just about every problem described in this forum...from pass word errors, to freezing up on the instance cogiguration stopping at start service. I have installed and unistalled this thing around 15 times so far and I am getting really frustrated. I am stuck at the locking up at start. If some one knows how to make this thing work I would greatly appreciate the help....I need this thing, but have no idea how to go about making it work...oh yeah, win 7 operating system.
