After MySQL/Agent move from Server A to Server B, alert log showing xception received from server: E1402: DuplicateAgentUuidException: (no replies)

I'm running Enterprise monitoirng version 2.1.1.1141.
Everything running fine.

Then few days ago, server crashed so we now hosting MySQL database into another server. Now I'm seeing following lines in agent log files...
94f9, 1289866824211.19, lpp1, -1, lpp1]
2010-11-15 16:22:08: (critical) last message repeated 10 times
2010-11-15 16:22:08: (critical) exception received from server: E1402: DuplicateAgentUuidException: [1d7b51f3-f111-11df-a060-33078ba

I deleted stuff from inventory table but no luck !

Any idea what could be issue?
