After reinstall could not start the service MySQL (3 replies)

Windows operation system.
- Installed MySQL
- I have Removed MySQL
- Have installed MySQL anew
After pressing "Execute" in the Configuration Wizard in the window Processing Configuration the Message "Could not start the service MySQL" appears.
If I try to start a service from "Services", error 1067 appears.
How can I start MySQL service after reinstall?
