Why I can't connect from remote? (1 reply)

I start mysql. I can connect from localhost, but I can't connect from remote. I used navicat lite to connect. If I connect from remote, there is an error: 2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on '192.168.1.101'(10060).
Could anyone help me? What's wrong?
