Cant configure MySQL (2 replies)

Hello,
I know that this issue is a common one and was talked a lot, but after two long days of searching, and many many unsuccessful tries, i'm asking you...

How the He.. it cant be configured ? each configure execution, it stacks on "Start Service" and not responding...
Then i execute it once again, delete service instance and after that it stacks again...
I tried with MySQL 5.1.53 and even 5.5.7 but no success :(
I already uninstalled it thousand times, delete all registry keys, app data entries and all other relevant areas to MySQL but non of them has helped...

any ideas ?
