MYSQL perl configuration (no replies)

hi,i am trying to set up perl an cgi for wamp server i installed them their default locations and then typed in the command promt
C:\Perl\bin>ppm repo add uwinnipeg and got the error message "ppm repo failed: constraint failed
repo.packlist_uri may not be NULL" i am pretty new to mysql and perl and i googled the message and found nothing when i list the repo thesee are listed

C:\Perl\bin>ppm repo list
