How to Restore Database from ".dat" file? (no replies)

Hi!

i need help regarding restoration of Database, i have files in ".dat" format. i want to restore mysql database by using these file. can anyone help me? how to do this?

Note: ".dat" files contains only data, and there is also a xml file with them, having following information.
