Root User Deleted in Error (7 replies)

Hi All,
Would need help to sort this out.

I am running a windows 7 OS 64bit and in the process of creating a new user using mysqladmin somehow the root user went off and was replace with the new user who does not have all priviledges now i have tried everything here does not seem to work for resetting password.
My installation does not have any data folder to delete and and many other folders are also missing examples,scripts, share and data i have kept uninstalling and reinstalling and it keeps seening that user and not root.

have tried the password reset and does not seem to be working how do i get my root user back.
