Best way to upgrade (no replies)

Looking to upgrade datbase server from 5.1.34 to 5.1.49. Running with InnoDB on a windows 2003 R2 server.

Also looking to move to the 6.2.3 .NET connecter from 5.2.3.

Any pointers on the best approach?
