Uninstall MYSQL (no replies)

HI
I want to uninstall the version that already comes with fedora and Install new version ,So using
rpm -e command ,anyway i able to uninstall the packages ,when I tried to uninstall
mysql-libs-5.0.51a-1.fc9.i386 pckage it gave me below error message

libmysqlclient_r.so.15(libmysqlclient_15) is needed by (installed) MySQL-python-1.2.2-6.fc9.i386

Above I mention few lines of the error message .Pleas help me.
