Error while installing mysql-connector-net-6.3.6 (2 replies)

Faild to install mysql-connector-net-6.3.6 msi installer on Windows Server 2003(with all updates). After copying files installer rolled back actions and finish instalation with error.
Windows Log errors:

Product: MySQL Connector Net 6.3.6 -- Installation failed.

and

Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: MySQL Connector Net 6.3.6. Product Version: 6.3.6. Product Language: 1033. Installation success or error status: 1603.

P.S.: Version 6.3.5 installing sucessfull.
