After Re-Install of MySQL on Server MySQL not starting as a Service (no replies)

Another issues we are having is when we reload MySQL on the server (that includes the main program, odbc connector and giu) MySQL is not starting up as a service.

Did the obvious. Rebooted the server only to come to notice that when we went into Admin Tools and Serives that MySQL was not even listed even after the server reboot.

Again any auggestions/info greatly appreciated.
