error "unable to load dbexpmysql.dll" (no replies)

Hi,

I am designing a database.
1. I go to the components/Tool pallette.
2. On the dbExpress tab I select TSQLConnection component and place it on the form.
3. I select it on the form so that I can go to the Object inspector to set its properties and values.
4. On the object inspector I can set all the properties to the values as specified in the book, except for one property.
5. The "Connected" property does not want to be set to value "true". Each time I try to set that value to true I get the message "unable to load dbexpmysql.dll"

Please help
