Problem with running MySQL on Windows 7 (no replies)

Hi,

I have recently tryed to install MySQL x64 and x32 on my x64 Windows 7. Problem is that after configuration i cant connect to the db and when i try to reconfigure with MySQL configuration tool it just hangs at the moment of restarting service...

When I try to connect to mysql with mysql.exe it says it cant connect to server on localhost...

Any tips on how to run mysql on windows 7? any common problems i should be aware of?
