Upgrade from 5.1.4 to 5.5.8 (no replies)

I've been trying to upgrade from 5.1.4 to 5.5.8 but I'm having a problem.

I am installing to the D drive of a Windows 2003 server. I use the "custom" install to do this. Everything completes without any errors but when I access MySQL in the Start Menu, there is no shortcut for the MySQL Command Line Client.

I verified in the custom install that the command line utilities would be installed to the local hard drive but no shortcut so I assume no utility.
