Benchmark before Upgrade to 5.5 (no replies)

Hi,

We have MySQL 5.1.54 loaded with the Innodb Plugin on our Windows 2008 SP2 Data Center 64bits. I was looking to upgrade the MySQL to 5.5 and before I do the upgrade, I was thinking to do a benchmark of the existing performance so I could check it again after the upgrade complete to see if 5.5 really helps in performance boost. What are the value in the MySQL I should look into before and after the upgrade so I could do an analysis?
