Dear friends,
How are you doing?I am fine here & did join complete java program from New Horizons.I am busy with java but I like mysql so tried to do the
query but not happened continuously due to errors.
I installed " mysql-6.0.5-alpha-win32" & worked with more time.Suddently due to some reason I uninstalled it & again I installed but found these problem are given below :

MySql Server Instance configuration

configure the MySql Server 6.0 server instance.

Processing configuration...

.Prepare configuration
. Write configuration file(C:\Program Files\MySql Server 6.0\my.ini)
.Start service
Apply security settings. /* Security setting was not ticked mark.

<Back Execute cancel.


Connection Error:-
The security setting could not be applied to the database because the connection has failed with the following error.
Error Nr.1045
Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'(usingpassword:YES)

If a personal firewall is running on ur machine,please make sure you have opened the TCP port 3306 for connections.Otherwise
no client application can connect to the server.After you have opened the port please press[Retry] to apply to security
settings.

If you are re-installing after u just uninstalled the MySQL server please note that the data directory was not removed
automatically.Therefore the old password from ur last installation is still needed to connect to the server.In this case
please select skip now & re-run the configuration wizard from the start menu.



Retry Skip.
