Accidental drop of MySQL database (no replies)

Hi All,

MySQL database in the MySQL instance is accidentally dropped from somebody. This was stopping the booting of MySQL. I Checked the log files to found this reason and copied the MySQL folder from data directory of another MySQL server to this. Now the MySQL instance is up but its not allowing me to grant new permissions,create SP.... It throws the error as table 'user' or table 'proc' is read only... Please help in resolving this issue.
